Catelynn Lowell and Farrah Abraham are currently in Los Angeles filming the upcoming reunion special for VH's "Couple's Therapy."

On social media, both "Teen Mom" stars spoke of the exciting event with fans.

"Almost ready for you couples therapy reunion," Lowell wrote on Instagram on Aug. 8. Along with Lowell's message was a photo of herself -- but she didn't include her baby bump, which she first debuted on Wednesday.

"Big Week #LA making TV:) #KeepItReal," Abraham tweeted on Aug. 4.

In July, it was announced that several couples from "Couple's Therapy" would be returning to VH1 for a special All-Stars reunion special. According to a Starcasm report, Dr. Jenn Bermann would be speaking to the group and updating fans on how far they've all come since filming their seasons of the show.

Lowell and Abraham first appeared together on MTV's "Teen Mom" in 2009. In 2012, after cast member Amber Portwood went to prison for her failure to complete drug-ordered rehab, the series was canceled. Years later, the two women began feuding publicly, and ever since, they haven't got along, which should make today's filming quite interesting.

Currently, Lowell is four months pregnant with her second child with fiancé Tyler Baltierra, with whom she appeared on both shows, and likely doesn't want to get to invested in the drama, but judging by her latest tweets regarding Abraham, she isn't a fan.

No word yet on when the "Couple's Therapy" reunion will air on VH1.
