Many fellow “The Hunger Games: Catching Fire” fans are ready to combust themselves with excitement over the upcoming film heading to theaters later this month, and to help us wait, a new trailer has been recently revealed via Subway’s Facebook and Twitter. The TV spot is said to focus on the relationships of the sequel’s main characters leading up to “Mockingjay,” and features the new Christian Aguilera song on the “Catching Fire” soundtrack, titled “We Remain,” Digital Spy reports this Tuesday, Nov. 5.
The new “Catching Fire” trailer is unfortunately pretty brief, but does offer a great new look at our heroine, Katniss Everdeen (played by the talented Jennifer Lawrence), as well as her complicated relationships with Peeta Mellark (Josh Hutcherson) and Gale Hawthorne (Liam Hemsworth). As fellow fans of “The Hunger Games” book trilogy will know, Katniss’ bonds with these two competing males will get even more complex and difficult at times in this sequel film.
According to the TV Spot from Subway’s Facebook, here’s the blurb they offered before posting the latest “Catching Fire” trailer:
“We're bringing you the exclusive online debut of the all-new TV spot for The Hunger Games #CatchingFire, featuring Christina Aguilera's “We Remain” from the official soundtrack! Watch it here!”
Christina Aguilera’s new song for “The Hunger Games: Catching Fire,” “We Remain” sounds like a fitting tribute to the film’s fiery and haunting musical soundtrack.
Both Finnick Odair (Sam Claflin) and Johanna Mason (Jenna Malone) also make a split-second appearance in the promo video, hinting at their roles still to come in “Mockingjay.”
“The Hunger Games: Catching Fire” movie is preparing for its world premiere this Nov. 11 in the UK, then hitting cinemas across the globe on Nov. 22 with a release date, so may the odds be ever in your favor of getting a ticket soon! It is expected to be a massive box office success.
