The San Francisco International Comedy Competition is underway! I was a judge at last night's round at the San Francisco Jewish Community Center. I actually got tired of laughing.
Particularly awesome was John Hastings of Toronto. I urge you to come out and watch these funny people as they battle to become "San Francisco's #1 Comedian"

Saturday, October 1st, 8pm, Wells Fargo Center for the Arts, Santa Rosa, CA
Each night, the semi-finalists will perform 10 - 12 minute sets for a panel of judges. When the contestants have been whittled down to the final five, the comedians will play 12- 15 minute sets for another three shows.
