Catch Spring Fever This Weekend at Expo Center

It’s that time of year to start plan those spring projects for the home and garden and the best place to start is the Home, Garden and Remodeling Show presented by Window World. This annual event returns to the South Wings BC at the Kentucky Exposition Centerthis weekend, Friday, March 11 through Sunday, March 13.

This year’s show will feature more than 400 vendors spanning 296,000-plus square feet of exhibit space that will highlight a variety of ideas, products, resources and services available to help the gardens blossom and update the look of one’s home, both inside and out. Once again, the Gardens Galore! exhibit will showcase more than 13,000 square feet of beautifully landscaped gardens by some of Louisville’s finest lawn services, design specialists and landscapers. Home show attendees will also be able to go beyond cultivating a simple green thumb and help incorporate ‘green living’ into the home by gathering information and ideas in the Sustainable Living Area. At Sustainable City, consumers will learn about the positive impact of creating an energy efficient environment and easy money saving steps they can use in home improvement or new home construction.

Fan favorite Dr. Lori returns to the Logan Lavelle Hunt/AAA Insurance Appraisal Stage at this year’s show. Patrons are invited to bring one item per day for Dr. Lori to evaluate and appraise free of charge. She will also offer educational tips and advice for finding hidden treasures when browsing local yard sales and estate auctions. For Dr. Lori’s complete appearance schedule, visit
