Head to Addison tonight for comic relief with someone the Improv promotes as one of the boldest and most brazen women in comedy. Let's face it, Dallas could use a laugh after Saturday's loss to OU.
Sheryl Underwood is performing at the Addison Improv at 8 p.m. Oct. 3. If the name sounds familiar, it may be because of Underwood’s appearances in Bullworth and I Got the Hook Up. She also won the BET Comedy Awards's Platinum Mic Viewers Choice Award in 2005.
The best comedians are arguably the most intelligent. Underwood is a prime example of this, with two master's degrees under her belt. Come prepared to laugh about relationships, current event, even politics. Underwood brings more than 15 years of experience to the stage.
