Through the end of July, Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar will be offering some specially prepared cocktails to beat the summer heat.

The Skinny Sexy Sailor is the second 99-calorie cocktail in a series of three for the Summer Skinny Sippin' Sweepstakes at Fleming's (323 N. Old Woodward Ave., Birmingham, 248-723-0134; and 17400 Haggerty Rd., Livonia, 734-542-9463).

Serves 1

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Sailor Jerry Rum
  • 2 oz black iced tea, unsweetened
  • 1 oz Monin sugar-free syrup
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1 oz soda water

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a tall glass filled with ice. Garnish with fresh lemon wheel.
