The dark of winter may not be the time for New Year’s resolutions if we want to harmonize ourselves with the cycles of nature, however, these cat-friendly resolutions are worth the time, energy and resolve they require to accomplish them. The added bonus: laughter.
“We laugh to survive,” is a simple quote written on a small card that was given to me at a Course in Miracles workshop many years ago that has become a worthy life motto.
