Castleberry Hill is a neighborhood in central Atlanta, Georgia located adjacent to and southwest of the Central Business District. It is a federally recognized historic district since 1985 and became a City of Atlanta Landmark District in 2006. A designated 'landmark' district' helps preserve the neighborhood from overzealous developers.
This up and coming neighborhood features a great "live, work, play" environment. The warehouse lined streets offer a variety of converted loft apartments, commercial space, new restaurants and fashionable boutiques, but is best known for the eclectic arts scene.
Every fourth Friday of the month, neighborhood businesses open their arms and extend their hours to give visitors a taste of what they have to offer. So beat the traffic and sample Castleberry Hill's diverse arts scene. The next 4th Friday Art Stroll is Friday, August 28th from 7-10p.m.
