Their wedding won’t happen without some roadblocks though, as has been previewed for this episode called, “For Better or Worse.” The major stumbling block…Kate is already married. (See the preview here.)
SpoilerTV shared three sneak peek clips from “For Better or Worse.” In the first clip, Kate is shocked to find out she’s married when her and Castle go to get their marriage license. In the second clip, Beckett confronts her ex-boyfriend with the news of their marriage, and asks for a divorce, but he tells her, she’s going to have to do something for him first. Finally, in the third clip, Beckett is engaged in some wedding talk with Ryan, Esposito and Captain Gates. Castle also makes an “I do” joke. The synopsis for this episode, as provided in a press release, by ABC: “Castle and Beckett's long-awaited wedding is almost here, but when a shocking surprise threatens to ruin the big day, they are sent on a wild mission filled with masked men, angry bikers and a charming ne'er-do-well from Beckett's past (guest star Eddie McClintock, “Warehouse 13”).”
In exciting news, even though “Castle” season 6 may be coming to an end, “Castle” has been renewed, as expected, for a seventh season. Here’s hoping, Richard Castle and Detective Kate Beckett will be fighting crime together as a married couple next season.
