Deadline Hollywood just announced this morning, September 3 that Nathan Fillion, from "Castle" and "Firefly" Fame will be joining "Community" as a guest star in the shows fifth season that is set to resume in 2014.
Nathan Fillion has made claim that "Community" is one of his favorite television shows. He regularly visits the set and is friends with some of the cast members.
It is said that he is he will be playing a character named Bob Waite who is a politically savvy head custodian. The description is that he " is not afraid to get his hands dirty but smart enough to wear rubber gloves. He is Annies and Professor Hickey's tour guide through Greendales' corridor of power.
The date for the show hasn't been set yet. The show regularly airs on Thursdays at 8:00 pm EST.
Nathan Fillion is completing his sixth season on "Castle" and has previously starred in "Dr. Horrible's Sing Along Blog", "Firefly", "Serenity", and of course, "Buffy the Vampire Slayer".
