You may not think the majority of New Yorkers are living like royalty, but perhaps you haven’t seen this story. Now let’s see what that cash will buy in the Big Apple. For $1,650,000, you get a one-bed, one-and-a-half-bath apartment on East 30th Street – 1200 square feet located conveniently near, as the story points out, nowhere.
