Castle: “Have you noticed anything odd about Esposito and Ryan lately?”
Beckett: “Like what?”
Castle: “They’re being nice to me, like weird nice.”
“Law & Boarder” is the April 28 episode of "Castle." Beware this article contains spoilers. Be sure to check out the slideshow for more quotes from the episode. "Castle" airs Monday nights at 9 p.m. central on ABC (KTRK).
Beckett beats Castle at scrabble. Yup, as soon as this happened, it is obvious that Castle would be obsessed with it. Yeah, it is annoying, but thankfully it doesn’t turn into a fight. Instead, Beckett indulges him in rematches – she kicks his ass, again. It’s a cute storyline. The inclusion of Martha and Alexis at the beginning is great too because it shows Beckett being a part of the family. Did you enjoy this Caskett storyline?
Ryan and Esposito battle each other for the spot of being Castle’s best man. Come on, we all knew this storyline was coming. It is obvious too that Castle picked Alexis. Anyways, it is a fun storyline. Castle doesn’t often get much time with Ryan and Esposito, so it is great to see even brief moments of them interacting one on one. It would be great if Castle teamed up with Ryan and/or Esposito from time to time at the precinct. Yes, we love Caskett, but they don’t have to be together all the time at work.
The case of the week isn’t anything special. The promo makes it sound like Castle is in mortal danger, which he is not. Also, they give away the killer in the promo, which is interesting. The cold case aspect of the investigation is cool. It is a little hard to believe that Logan waited that long to get revenge or that there wasn’t a way for him to do this earlier. Did you enjoy the case?
