Cassidy Wolf was crowned Miss California Teen USA on Sunday in Pasadena.
She entered the pageant as Miss Greater San Diego Teen USA.
In 2012, she entered as Miss Riverside County Teen USA and was first runner-up at the state pageant.
Wolf is a 2012 graduate of Great Oak High School in Temecula, where she was a leader on the campus dance team.
She has also worked as a model.
Wolf will represent California at the Miss Teen USA pageant. The national teen pageant has, in recent years, been webcast live during the summer from the Bahamas.
The Miss Teen USA pageant is owned by Donald Trump and NBC Universal. The partnership also owns the Miss USA and Miss Universe pageants.
The pageant is for young women who must be at least 14 and under 19 by Feb. 1 of each year.
"Miss Teen USA spends her year building relationships with organizations devoted to education and action, such as Best Buddies, D.A.R.E., Girl Talk, Sparrow Club and Project Sunshine," according to the pageant website.
