I wouldn't be surprised at all if this all gets pinned on Roy. Personally I find it odd that he called 911 3 times and I also find it disturbing what Roy's ex wife said. She accused him of killing Caylee and she mentioned he had used duct tape on her before. Does anyone else think Casey may get away with this?

That was carefully designed to give you that exact reaction. That is what he will be hammering in the jury throughout this trial, building block by block "Reasonable Doubt." I've tried to warn those that believe this is slam dunk case.
The guy worked that area every month. It was close to Casey's parents house. Not a lot of public facilities. He gets in the habit of stopping in the same area to get rid of that morning coffee. Everyone on the planet is looking for the baby he sees a suspicious looking black bag duct taped at the top out in the swamp. He calls in a tip. He comes back next month Black bag in the same spot still duck taped. This time it has that unmistakable odor associated with decomposition so he call again a little upset that nobody checked such a suspicious sighting. Comes back again the area has dried out he goes in to do his thing sees skull because predators have been at the bag.

Ex-wife is lying through her teeth. She wants her 15 minutes of fame, some attention, maybe a little bit of a book deal. Maybe the National Enquirer will put her their cover give $50,000 for an interview so she can spin a few more lies they'll be only to happy to print. Se is going to have to live with the fact she aided the real killer to get away with it. For her not likely going to lose a lot of sleep.
This defense attorney just got handed four aces and the slime that he is he'll play them knowing they're BS he'll still try to slip a fifth ace into the game. I'm telling the Florida AG's office needs to get involved in this case. If the Judge had a brain an ounce courage he'd lock both of those attorney's up for the stunt they pulled today.

I kinda felt that Roy's ex was paid, and paid good for her interview. I think that Jose is trying to make a good defense for Casey, but I personally think Judge Strickland does want blood stains on his hands and he'll do everything in his power to put Casey in prison just so the public won't eat him alive. I have a feeling she won't get the death penalty. I think Baez will come up with this great big defense and get Casey off the hook by only serving 10-15. That sure does beat life or the death penalty. You got to hand it to Jose. He's a very sneaky attorney and is very clever.
