Casey Anthony's secret hideaway location may be revealed in court documents

Orlando, Fla. - The address of Casey Anthony's secret location may be revealed in legal documents filed by the attorneys representing Zenaida Gonzalez. Her legal team has filed a motion that the address of the Florida mother acquitted of murder be given to them so she can be subpoenaed as a trial witness in the suit Gonzalez has against Casey for defamation.

In the summer of 2008, Casey claimed her daughter, Caylee Anthony, 2, had been abducted by a nanny with the same name as Gonzalez. During her murder trial, Casey's criminal lawyers admitted she lied about the abduction and claimed the girl died accidentally by drowning in the family pool.

Nonetheless, Gonzalez claims she was defamed and her reputation was permanently damaged due to the kidnapping story Casey told police.

Gonzalez's attorney, Matt Morgan, also said that Casey's lawyers have been given the option to accept a trial witness subpoena for her to avoid jeopardizing her security, according to News 4 Jax.

If Casey's attorneys refuse to accept the subpoena on her behalf, her address will be revealed on the document, as she will need to be served at her current residence.

News 4 Jax reports that Gonzalez's legal team is taking this action because Casey is not required to attend the civil defamation trial. A subpoena, however, would require her to be there.

A court hearing regarding the address issue is slated to take place on Mar. 23, while the civil trial has been tentatively scheduled to begin Apr. 9.

Casey was tried for the murder of Caylee and on July 5, 2011, was found not guilty of the killing. She walked out a jail a free woman on July 17, but is currently on probation for a 2010 check fraud conviction.
