After many months of one thinking the Casey Anthony trial has ended, your awfully wrong. Even though it's no longer being disputed in court, it's still very much alive in the general public. We've learned today that Jesse Grund (Casey's ex) plans to write a tell all book about Anthony, or at least if you ask me, tell all that he knows, or can come up with in time to make publishing deadlines.
I guess if you do happen to read the book, which, right now, the way this situation is playing out, sounds a bit like an old Choose Your Own Adventure book, you may find out what happened to Caylee Anthony.
Would you like to help Casey Anthony’s ex-fiance turn a profit?
Grund is the latest to try and sell his side of the story of the Anthony case Dr Phil kicks off his new season with an 'exclusive' interview with Anthony's parents, George and Cindy; who immediately claim some strange things that you'll have to read yourself to understand what I'm talking about.
Meanwhile, the prosecutor in the failed murder case, Jeff Ashton, is slated to release his book in the fall.
"I witnessed the devastating effects of severe dysfunction," he writes in the proposal, a copy of which was obtained by the New York Post. "I know what events in her life have molded her into the vilified Casey Anthony," he adds.
At one point, Anthony allegedly texted Grund to say, “I am pregnant. It’s yours.” And he was present at Caylee's birth. But a paternity test later revealed he wasn't Caylee's father.
The pair broke up in June 2006, when "I watched Casey change into the infamous 'party monster' everyone else saw," his proposal says. And because every good story needs some mystery, the proposal adds: "The story played out ... has a deeper, darker unknown element to it."
