Casey Anthony movie in the works

Attorney Jeff Ashton's book "Imperfect Justice, Prosecuting Casey Anthony" will be made into a television movie according to a Fox Television Studios spokesperson. The film is based on the true-story of 2-year-old Caylee Anthony's murder in 2008. Her mother Casey Anthony was the prime suspect but was later acquitted of the murder charge after a lengthy trial.

The movie version of "Imperfect Justice, Prosecuting Casey Anthony" is written from the prosecution's perspective; which is that Casey Anthony "got away with murder," according to "People" magazine.

Leslie Oren, spokesperson for Fox Television Studios said the movie was being developed for Lifetime, but the station hasn't given the film the green light as of November 2011.
