Casey Anthony might as well throw in towel right now.
Yes she can plead guilty now, or get herself a lawyer that at least knows the law.
Her lawyer filed a motion to dismiss her case based the fact that he said the prosecution filed three count on each of the four check charges. He claims this amounts to “double jeopardy.”
Wow is she in deep trouble, a lawyer that is clueless when it comes to the law. Prosecutors almost always charge multiple charges for each offense, they are called lesser included offenses counselor.
As for “double jeopardy” counselor, jeopardy doesn’t attach until the jury is sworn, or if a judge is hearing the case, then the opening remarks have been made. Since you’re not their yet counselor your argument is not only without merit it’s stupid!
Casey you might want to tell your attorney to look up legal terms before he uses them in worthless motions that waste the courts time. He likely took your case to make a name for himself, but it doesn't help you if the name he comes away with is "Mr. Incompetent."
Well one might suppose you could always use it on appeal saying that you had incompetent council.

I have recently had a stroke that has resulted in some seizures. At times I make grammar errors as I don't always have someone available to proof read these articles, before I have to submit them.

Bill seems that he will never have any medical problems in his life or if he does he will just lay down and die instead, I hope that he gets as much compassion from people when he has a medical condition and people treat him like the insensitive jerk that he is. I encourage people to tell me when I mess up, I wish I could afford a full time editor, but when you get one penny for each person that reads it you have to have a lot of readers before you can afford an editor.

You are right, Casey might as well throw in the towel. It just doesn't make any sense. What is her defense anyway? Is she still sticking to "the nanny did it" story? How can she claim incompetent counsel when supposedly Andrea Lyon is the best of the best? I just can't wait until the trial begins so they can find her guilty, sentence her to life (or death) and we can soon forget about her nasty self! JUSTICE FOR CAYLEE!!!!!

I'm beginning to doubt that they even put much into her case as of yet. All I have seen in a bunch of stalling and attempts to get the case thrown all together. If they think a bunch of big names and smoke screens is enough to do the trick they have another thing coming. BTW... I think Bill is George! LoL!
Doyle, I commend your patience with people, however being rude under the circumstances is not okay in my book, I work all day with adults with disabilities, downesyndrome, autistic people and there is absolutely no reason for someone to treat anyone with that kind of disrespect. There is a right and wrong way to point out some an error in an article without being down right rude. I pray for a fast recovery.

Good call Justice. My 5 year old Son is Autistic and we love everything about him. Fortunately I seem to be surrounded by very understanding and compassionate individuals young and old. My three other Children have been taught compassion and show it everyday to my little one and countless others. I wouldn't quite put Bill in the same catagory as Casey and the other Monsters but he is a good example of what's wrong with out world.

Doyle, I think you're dead wrong. There is no evidence that connected Casey Anthony to the death of her child. I am waiting to hear an explanation from the FBI on the evidence and I want to know why the defense was barred from the autopsy. Those two issues are key to me. I think the death penalty is being used as a plea bargaining tool. The legal team looks incredible - as do the forensic scientists. You clearly do not know what you are talking about. The photographs of Casey Anthony were taken well before the child disappeared - apart from the one in the flag. If Casey Anthony is innocent - I think heads should roll (including Nancy Grace's). America's greatest pass-time has become psychotic. I also think her parents should be investigated further - as well as the meter reader. Who knows - maybe the FBI is not going to take the hit here. Maybe the U.S. Prosecutor will. That's my prediction.

I was wondering why the news that The NAtion Inquiry has the news about someone seeing Casey try to drown Caylee and then (when she couldn't get that right)she brought her out and her cell phone shows all. There is a good deal of evidence against Casey that we won't hear about or see again until she goes to trial. The prosecution has not released everything they have to the public. They have to give it to the defense. The defense will not leak anything damning to the accused baby killer until they try to dispute it at trial.
