Casey Anthony Meets Up With Probation Officer

Florida authorities have reported that Casey Anthony had been rather "polite and cooperative" when she'd shown up on Wednesday to meet up with her probation officer, agreeing to serve her year of probation in Orlando from her charges of check fraud.

Once the 25-year-old had been ducking away from the eye of the public ever since she had been released on July 17th after her rather shocking acquittal of the murder of her 2-year-old daughter Caylee Marie Anthony.

On Wednesday she had rendezvoused with her probation officer at an undisclosed location for over an hour.

Heeding the multiple threats against the accused murderess, the authorities will not be revealing her current location nor the county in which she will reside in order to serve her probation.

"She told the probation officer that she intended to do well on probation, she was polite and cooperative," said Gretl Plessinger, a spokeswoman for the Florida Department of Corrections.

"We will not be disclosing the location or anything that might lead to the discovery of her location, but she will be treated like every other offender," Plessinger said.

She elaborated that still Casey would not be receiving any special treatment from the state of Florida, for she will receive no personal guards or escorts.

Despite Anthony's attorneys' attempt to appeal the ruling that sentenced the Central Florida mother to probation, tomorrow her term is set to officially begin.

Anthony had walked into the state probation office a roughly 6 p.m. on Wednesday. There she had been given a list of regulations and rules which she would be forced to abide by, Anthony remained calm and agreeable.

Casey must report to her officer no later than the fifth day of every month. She is not permitted to change her potential job nor residence at any given time during her probation without her officer's say-so.

Additionally, she is not allowed to relocate, possess any sort of weapon or firearm, and is expected to "work diligently" at a lawful occupation.
