Casey Anthony may be paid big bucks to shut her mouth

Casey Anthony’s silence is being proffered $10,000, the question is will that be enough to buy the infamous tot mom’s story. Since no reputable news organization wants to pay for a Casey Anthony interview, there apparently is someone who's offering to shell out $10,000 in order to keep the accused child murderer “silent” for the rest of her life, according to TMZ today.

Court documents filed recently in Casey's bankruptcy case reveal a $10,000 offer from a man hoping to gain exclusive rights to Anthony's life story. However, the proposed purchaser isn’t intending to proliferate off of the beleaguered woman’s life story.

James M. Schober doesn't want to produce a movie, put Casey on TV, or even write a book about the case. Documents suggest his sole motivation is to, “prevent Ms. Anthony or others from publishing or profiting from her story in the future”.

Apparently the gentleman attempting to purchase the copyrights is just a random guy, having no discernable ties to Casey Anthony or any members of her family.

This revelation surfaced in the bankruptcy case in which Casey is seeking to write off debts of about $800,000. She owes multiple creditors including her attorney Jose Baez, the Orange County Sheriff’s Office, witness Roy Cronk and Zenaida Gonzalez.

It’s unlikely a judge will allow such a sale, since Casey doesn't even own the exclusive right to her story. How can you authorize the sale of rights to what’s in Casey Anthony’s head?

However, the bankruptcy trustee is allegedly trying to sell Casey's story in an attempt at creating a bidding war.

Good luck!
