How in the world do they think this can be considered double jeopardy when it is not linked to the murder case? these are 2 different charges so,where do they get the double jeopardy from? these defense attorneys don't have a defense for this POS and it seems to me that they are making things up as they go along.she is guilty of both crimes and they know it.I hope judge Strickland strike these motions down as he should. Casey is on tape using Amy's check book as if its hers. she is going down and her family won't be far behind. hot to mention the $400.00 cash that Casey stole from Amy when she said Amy hid the money when she was sleep walking. it seems to me that this POS has been a thief all of her life. I will be so glad when the world is free of thie POS. she deserves the death penalty!
