Although she abides by a vegan diet-a diet that cuts out meat, fish, poultry, eggs, dairy products, and honey, Underwood says at times she lets herself slide with all the rules.

The Two Black Cadillacs singer hasn’t eaten meat in over a decade, but she confessed that adhering to her strict diet is the hardest when traveling.
'We recently went to Italy and they put cheese in, on and around everything. So I kind of had to be vegetarian when I was on vacation, and now that I’ve been back home I’ve been getting back into my vegan lifestyle.'
One of her favorite things she raves about is coconut oil.
'I put it on my food, I put it on my face, I put it on my hair. If its winter, the second I get out of the shower, I spread it all over and it feels really good and it smells good too.'
