Carrie Underwood is sporting a new boot after after falling on stage at a concert performance in Corpus Christi, Tx. on Thursday night, September 5, 2013 according to a report from The Christian Post.

The country singer was wearing high heeled boots during the performance that got caught on her long and flowing shirt as she was performing on stage and she fell backwards. Although the fall was no doubt embarrassing, Underwood got up and continued singing and continuing on with the performance. The fall was captured by a fan on video and posted to Instagram.

Underwood took to Twitter after the concert appearance posting, "Hey, remember that time in Corpus Christi when that girl busted her butt on stage?! Hilarious," the singer posted. "Oh wait, that was me! #5inchheels #klutz"

It's good to see the country music superstar took the fall in good humor, as she was apparently injured and fitted with a boot. After Underwood was checked out by a doctor she posted the following message on Twitter, "Good news, it's not broken… AND I got some new footwear!"

Underwood will be co-hosting the 47th Annual CMA Music Awards with Brad Paisley for the sixth straight year on November 6, 23013.

Let's hope she has a speedy recovery!
