Carrie Underwood dishes inside scoop behind-the-scenes of her Blown Away Tour

Three-time CMA Female Vocalist of the Year Carrie Underwood leads an incredibly active lifestyle which encompasses countless award shows, live public performances, touring and various other functions. So, it isn't any wonder that the singer was tapped as the spokesperson for Get Active Now, a campaign coupled with Vitamin Water to promote healthy living.

Recently, Underwood let the cameras roll backstage at rehearsals for her massive 60-plus-concert Blown Away Tour. "My band, where do I start?" she smiled. "I'm so lucky that I have a really amazing band. I've known some of these guys since I started."

As fans all-too-well know, this girl from Checotah, Okla. rose to meteoric fame in 2005 on FOX's hit TV show, American Idol. After being crowned the winner that year, Underwood's life has never been the same, especially after her debut single, "Jesus Take the Wheel," spent a breathtaking six weeks at the top of the Country singles charts. Since then, she has headlined three major tours, released four No. 1 Country albums, including her latest platinum-selling Blown Away, and earned 17 Top 10 radio hits. Not too shabby for a girl from a small one-stoplight town, eh?

She continued:

"We all live together. We're all family when we're out on the road. It's like camp. It's camp that doesn't end, pretty much living on a tourd bus."

While out on tour, Underwood says that she makes sure to stay active, in order to build up her stamina for her 90-minute concert setlist. "We always try to find fun places when we're out on the road to go visit if we're in a really cool city that has great hiking," she explains. "We do get out to find great trails to go hike. If you can get out and you're being active, it's really great."

Underwood's 2013 tour resumes on Feb. 13 at the Colorado Springs World Arena in Colorado Springs, Colo. Find out more info on her official website.
