Tampa Bay holding a 9 to 1 edge over Carolina in their past 10 meetings. The Hurricanes will look to make that 9 to 2.

The Hurricane started out with Justin Peters in goal and then after three quick scores in the first made a switch for you to Anton Khudobin.

The Canes got score on track in the second period. Eric Staal and Alexander Semin scored to cut the lead in half for a 2 to 4 for tally

After that point the lightning never let up and finish strong to take the win and giving Carolina a home loss.
