Designer Carolina Herrera presented her eponymous Fall 2013 Womenswear collection at her fashion show for New York Fashion Week at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts on February 11, 2013 in New York City.
Though the Carolina Herrera Fall 2013 collection doesn’t seem to have any particular “cohesive” theme, it offers plenty of variety in all sorts of directions…
Expect artistically rendered gowns with pretty floral motifs, well-cut suits and separates using a varied color palette to suit almost every taste!
Ultra feminine pieces, though far too many to mention individually, include her elegant blue and white floral gowns, a criss-cross strap red gown and the satin fur and velvet trimmed gowns in emerald green and slate blue.
In contrast, there are menswear inspired designs such as the very no-nonsense beige pantsuit, which is topped by a tan and black herringbone weave winter coat.
A polished tan trench style coat has a thick fur collar and a charming flying Canadian goose motif. Again, there are so many different prints and styles available in this Fall 2013 collection that there’s something catering to every taste!
