Carnivale has unveiled a completely revamped lunch menu created by Carnivale Executive Chef David Dworshak. The affordable lunch menu ranges in price from $3 to $12 and showcases seasonal ingredients in dishes such as tacos, sandwiches, salads, small plates and more. Crispy Whitefish Tacos and Pork Carnitas tacos for $3 each? That's food truck prices without having to stand up and balance your food in the frigid outdoors. How about a Chicken Milanesa Sandwich (Oaxacan cheese, arugula, giardiniera and criolla sauce on a French roll; $9), and the Chivito Sandwich (Grilled Ribeye, ham, bacon, cheddar, fried egg and spicy aioli on a pretzel roll; $11).
