Carmine’s in The Forum Shops at Caesars is celebrating their first year in Las Vegas and inviting locals to the party! The New York City based family-style restaurant will be offering locals 21 and over, a free glass of Prosecco with purchase all throughout the month of July. All you have to do is show proof of local ID when dining at the restaurant. July is also National Ice Cream Month and Carmine's will be offering a smaller version of it's monstrous 'Titanic' dessert. The 'Tugboat' will feature the same chocolate tart, vanilla ice cream, hot fudge and chopped fruit, all on a smaller scale.

Carmine's features family style portions of Italian specialties like eggplant parmigiana, spaghetti with meatballs, chicken saltimbocca and more. All appetizers, sides, main dishes and desserts come in large portions to be shared by up to six people. Carmine's also features an extensive wine list and menu of specialty cocktails. The menu also has items for the meat lover like the porterhouse with peppers and onions or the lobster fra diavolo for the seafaring folk.

The 27,000 square-foot restaurant can seat up to 750 people and has nine private dining rooms, making it a perfect choice for weddings and corporate gatherings. In Carmine's first year in Las Vegas the restaurant served up more than 125,000 meatballs, 25,000 gallons of marinara, 1,200 Titanic sundaes and used 14,800 pounds of garlic. But don't worry about garlic breath, Carmine's has mouthwash available to chase it away.
