Carlos Toraño Exodus 1959 Silver - cigar review

Toraño Exodus 1959 silver
  • Length: 4 7/8 inches
  • Ring Gauge: 52
  • Wrapper: Nicaragua
  • Binder: Costa Rica
  • Filler: Costa Rica / Honduras / Mexico

The cigar's wrapper is medium brown in color and fine veined.

The construction and feel of the cigar was very good. The wrapper gave off an aroma of mild tobacco while the foot gave off the aroma of figs or currants. I have associated this particular aroma to a lot of Honduran filler lately.

After clipping the cap, the pre-light draw was very easy and obstruction free. I toasted the foot, lit the cigar up and settled in with the cigar and a glass of water

I would classify the Exodus Silver as a medium bodied cigar. The flavor was earthy tobacco with a slightly spicy kick at the end. The finish had a faintly sweet flavor. It burned well throughout the time I smoked it.

Another great cigar from the Toraño family!
