Carino's monthly wine dinner features Lobster Ravioli

RSVP now for Tuesday's 'Wine Tasting and Dinner Party' at Carino's on Loop 323 and Hwy 155. For $29.95 per person, enjoy a four-course meal with wine pairings chosen by the chef. This month's menu features the following:

Appetizer
Bruschetta Caponata
Toasted garlic bread topped with grilled eggplant, roma tomato, black olive, artichoke, caper and roasted red pepper relish.
Paired with Caposaldo Pinot Grigio.

Main Course
Lobster Ravioli
Maine lobster reduced with sherry in ravioli with fresh spinach and roma tomatoes in a lemon basil cream sauce.
Paired with Tormaresca Chardonnay.

Pasta Course
Sausage Sacchetti Pepperonata
'Beggar's Purse' cheese-stuffed pasta with sliced Italian Sausage in a creamy tomato pepper and onion wine sauce.
Paired with Francis Ford Coppola Merlot.

Dessert
Baked Apple Gallette
Cinnamon apples baked in a shortbread crust, served with vanilla ice cream. Paired with Chateau Ste. Michelle Riesling.
