Actor/producer Steve Carell joined with costars Steve Buscemi, Michael Herbig, Alan Arkin, Jim Carrey and Olivia Wilde to celebrate the Hollywood premiere of Warner Bros. Pictures “The Incredible Burt Wonderstone” at TCL Chinese Theatre on March 11, 2013 in Hollywood, California.
Directed by Don Scardino, “The Incredible Burt Wonderstone” is about Las Vegas magicians “Burt Wonderstone,” played by Carell and “Anton Marvelton,” (Buscemi) who must step up their act (as well as salvage their friendship) when a street magician “Steve Gray” (Carrey) makes their act look stale.
The male actors looked dapper in their suits but actress Olivia Wilde stole the show in her black Gucci gown with the deep V-inset at the décolletage, leaving her hair loose for the evening. She accessorized with and Edie Parker clutch bag, Charlotte Olympia shoes and jewelry by Rona Pfeiffer and the EF Collection.
On second thought, perhaps actor Jim Carrey rivaled Olivia in his gleaming silver-grey jacket with satin lapels and his shiny silver shoes…
Young costar Zachary Gordon looked casual with his charcoal grey shirt out, while and Mason Cook – younger still – looked cute in his little tux!
Magician David Copperfield also has a cameo role in the film and was attending with Chloe Gosselin – both donning monochrome black.
Attending the premiere tonight were musician Steven Tyler (looking elegant in black and white!), Jeremy Sumpter, Jessica McClain, filmmaker Keya Morgan (complete with bowler hat!), Max Martini, Jason Sudeikis, Sterling Beaumon and John Ratzenberger (of Cheers fame).
The Incredible Burt Wonderstone also stars James Gandolfini, Brad Garrett and Jay Mohr. Enjoy the slideshow!
