Its about a girl named Sakura, who has the duty of finding the clow cards. The Clow cards were created by the best magician in the world. Sakura had the fortunate timing of discovering and opening the book in which they were being kept. The cards scatter and a little rabbit like winged creature appoints her a card captor. Cerberus or Kero-chan as he is called, also explains to her that she must have had a bit magical talent in order to open the book. The form he takes most of the time isn’t what he really looks like. He looks more like a winged mountain lion.

But the actual story starts with Sakura being late for school because she was up for most of the night collecting Clow cards. She’s your typical student. She loves music and P.E. and hates math. She lives with her father and brother. She has a crush on her brothers’ best friend, Yukito. The only one who knows her secret is her best friend Tomoyo.

The thing is with all the help that she gets along the way. Will it be enough to capture all the Clow cards or to pass the test that makes her worthy of being the Master of the Clow cards? You’ll have to read to find out!

This is a very good magical shoujo series. If you like Sailor Moon or Kamichama Karin Chu, you’ll like this. Though this series is for younger girls. But anyone can read it. Its very sweet, funny, dramatic.

If you live in the Colorado Springs area, you can find this at you local PPLD branch. Happy Reading!
