Card Gallery of the Day: Panini 2012 NHL All-Star Fan Fair Cards

Panini has revealed details about their wrapper redemption program for the NHL All-Star Fan Fair in Ottawa next week.  Fans that purchase a set number packs and/or products at the company's booth during the event will receive a special pack featuring exlcusive cards found only at the Fan Fair.

What type of cards can you expect inside these special packs?  Check out the gallery here, but besides the regular base cards that fill out the sets, Panini has also thrown in special commemorative patch cards and an impressive autograph lineup that includes stars and legends like Alex Ovechkin, Sidney Crosby, Mark Messier and Tim Thomas, who has made news outside of the ice in ways that the NHL would probably like to avoid.

Here are the details on what exactly you have to buy in order to get a Fan Fair pack..

As part of my continued service to the community, each day we will feature a different image gallery that highlights some of the finest cards that the industry has to offer.  It might be from sports or even comic books or possibly movies or it might be something out of the ordinary and maybe even borderline absurd.  But what matters is that people get to know about these cards and get interested in the hobby like I am.  We'll be back soon for another gallery, but check out our other Card of the Day features with Kobe Bryant, Michael Jordan, and Blake Griffin.
