Here is a sweet caramel fruit dip recipe that will be great for any summer gathering. You can make it the day before you will need it, just be sure to keep it refrigerated.
Caramel Fruit Dip
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup caramel ice cream topping
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Add caramel until combined.
Slice up fruit and/or pound cake an serve with dip. For an extra treat serve large marshmallows and/or graham crackers with this dip.
