'Captain America 3' against 'Batman vs. Superman' in summer 2016?

Captain America: The Winter Soldier doesn't come out for two more weeks, but now The Wrap is reporting that a third installment with Chris Evans' patriotic super-soldier may battle it out with Batman vs. Superman in the summer of 2016.

Originally, Batman vs. Superman was scheduled take on The Avengers: Age of Ultron next summer, but the Man of Steel sequel's release has been pushed back to May 2016, as Marvel's Ant-Man will come out on July 31, 2015, two months after the May 1, 2015 release of The Avengers: Age of Ultron.

However, the success of The Winter Soldier depends on whether or not there will be a third Captain America, as well as its possibility of taking on Batman vs. Superman at the superhero box office two years from now.

Captain America: The Winter Soldier finds Steve Rogers (Evans) working with Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson) and the Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson) as an agent of S.H.I.E.L.D., as he takes on a ruthless Russian assassin with close ties to him; the movie comes out April 4.
