Caprese stuffed avocado

1 pint cherry grapes, halved
½ lb. mozzarella pearls
½ cup basil garlic oil sauce
4 avocados
5 tbsp. balsamic vinegar reduction sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Start by making the filling. In a bowl, combine the mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil oil. Make sure everything is coated well. Place in the fridge while you prep the avocados. Cut each avocado lengthwise. Remove the pits and skins. Stuff the avocados with the chilled filling and drizzle the balsamic vinegar over the top. It’s as simple as that! Serve and enjoy.
