The popular Capital Region chef Elliot Cunniff is about to be on the move again.
The current executive chef at MezzaNotte Ristorante will be headed for the Big Apple to work with two of celebrity chef-entrepreneur Daniel Boulud's restaurants.
Cunniff, who worked at Creo in Stuyvesant Plaza before MezzaNotte, will divide his time working as executive sous chef at Boulud’s Manhattan flagship, Daniel, on the Upper East Side, and at the DB Bistro Moderne in Midtown.
