Way back in the day, the little blue bomber known as Mega Man was tearing up the NES with his many adventures. One of the best, at least in this Examiner's opinion, is "Mega Man 3".
"Mega Man 3" introduced not only the Rush character/robot, but the slide mechanic that allowed Mega Man to reach new places and gave the player a new move to dodge enemy attacks.
The classic NES game is making it's way to the Nintendo 3DS's Virtual Console on March 14, following up last month's "Mega Man 2" release on the platform. The game's release date was pegged by Capcom Unity, who also said the other three NES games from the blue bomber are on the way as well.
Capcom, the folks behind the "Mega Man" games have said that by the time part six hits the 3DS eShop, each game's soundtrack will be digitally available for purchase. The "Mega Man" games have always had awesome soundtracks.
No price was given for the soundtracks or the upcoming games, but "Mega Man 2" was priced at $4.99, so it's safe to bet the other games will reach that price point.
That's a small price to pay for some awesome retro adventures.
