The Vancouver Canucks have released their regional broadcast schedule today to round out their entire broadcast schedule for the 2013-14 season and confirming the fact that all 82 games, plus six pre-season contests, will be televised locally to their fans across British Columbia and the Yukon.
Sportsnet Pacific will carry 49 regular season games this season, while Sportsnet Vancouver Hockey (Sportsnet ONE companion channel) will carry eight contests.
The first regular season game on Sportsnet will be broadcasted on Sunday, October 6 from the Scotiabank Saddledome featuring the Canucks versus the Calgary Flames.
Sportsnet will also be broadcasting four pre-season games.
CBC and TSN will also carry one Canucks pre-season game each, respectively.
The Canucks begin their 2013-14 regular season on Thursday, October 3 when they visit the San Jose Sharks. That game will be televised on TSN.
Two days later, they will host the Edmonton Oilers in their home opener in a game televised by CBC on Hockey Night in Canada.
