Incredible wealthy Candy Spelling, widow of entertainment mogul Aaron Spelling is lawsuit-bound. She's going after The Century, for which she dropped a cool $47 million for two floors. She was promised certain amenities, such as a restaurant, which was supposed to be up and operational by January 1st and this has not happened.
Also on the lawsuit agenda is The Carlyle, where she presently resides. This is also where she pays $28,000 a month to rent.
They say that it's time for her to leave, because they've already sold the unit. She says that it isn't yet time.
Spelling also states that her utilities have been twice-billed for and that there are issues with the structure.
The owner now wants $933.33 for every day she's still there.
