Individuals who are interested in being considered for appointment to the Highlands Ranch Metro District Board of Directors must submit a letter of interest by 5 p.m. on Friday, March 15. The letter may be dropped off at the Metro District offices, 62 Plaza Drive on the southwest corner of Broadway and Plaza Drive, or mailed to Terry Nolan, Highlands Ranch Metro District, 62 Plaza Drive, Highlands Ranch, 80129.
Candidates must be registered to vote in the state of Colorado and must live in, or own property in the southwest region of the Highlands Ranch Metro District. For a region map, please visit www.highlandsranch.org, and look to the Government section in the Board of Directors link, or stop by the Metro District office. The Metro District Board will appoint someone to fill the seat vacated by Kelly O’Sullivan, who recently resigned. The newly-appointed director will serve the remainder of the term until May 2014.
