Candida yeast is an overgrowth of yeast, fungus in the body, by both men and women affecting the genitals, mouth, throat, and blood. It’s caused by the yeast candida albicans which is found in small amounts in the body naturally but an imbalance in your diet and your emotions can cause an overgrowth.
The most common cause of yeast overgrowth is taking prescribed antibiotics. If you are prescribed antibiotics also stop and get some yogurt to eat daily for at least two weeks after the cycle of antibiotic is finished. Keeping yogurt, kefir or probiotics as a regular part of your diet will keep you from needing to do a candid yeast diet. Eating fresh fruits and vegetables will slowly rebuild the healthy bacteria back up.
Other symptoms, bloating, constipation or diarrhea, fatigue and rain fog, mood swings and sugar or carbohydrate cravings.
Candida yeast can happen to infants and the way to the elderly
In the mouth you may see white spots on the tongue and around the inside of the mouth, there is also redness and it may be very sore when you try to eat. Women in the vaginal area may experience intense itching, white thick discharge and intercourse may be painful. Men may experience a red rash on the penis and itching and burning on the tip.
Babies may have a severe diaper rash and may cry as soon as they go because it burns, and when they have thrush-in the mouth, they may not take to the bottle or the breast because it is painful to them. Letting them wear a cloth diaper or go without until it heals with a blanket on the floor is the best way to get air and avoid going out in public and putting on plastic disposable diapers that don't breath and allow air to circulate.
Regular use of probiotics or eating yogurt daily or every other day will help prevent and take away the itching and soreness no matter where it is in your body. But honoring the body by strengthening the immune system and juicing and eating more healthy foods is the always the key. You may be cleaner than you think.
Knocking out sugar and carbs as a yeast diet
If you have been going without whole carbs and natural sugars you will find yourself depleted and without energy. If you are craving carbohydrates it’s because you need them. They are your body’s fuel. You need to keep those items in your diet just in a healthy form.
If you are getting outside and playing and inviting fresh air and blood into the body you can strengthen the system to fight anything. Exercising and being aerobic and getting the heart rate up will produce the acid in the system then come back in and do your juices and eat your fresh fruits and vegetables or a big giant salad and let the natural alkaline come in and flush all of it out.
If you want to avoid anything during a candida yeast infection, avoid dairy products, cheeses and milk for a time. Getting some good greens, leafy greens in your system to keep the fiber going to help cleanse your body is best.
There is a lot of candida yeast information out there on the market and internet that will scare you to death
Then the fear sets up another emotional block you need to work through. Your body may be out of whack but it’s not ever beyond repair. What you need to do is just eat some big piles of good super healthy food that your body is craving like a giant salad with all kinds of vegetables and good things on it and you will start feeling like a million bucks.
You are just out of balance and it’s very simple to get back into radiant health and spiritual illumination, and it’s an amazing grace. Be honest and persevere and spend more time building yourself up instead of breaking the body down with all of the fasts. The fasts will always be there if you want to do one.
But going into a “down phase” where you are low on energy doesn’t mean you need to fast and go without carbs and sugars. Being low on energy doesn’t mean there is something in your body you need to be on the attack and get rid of. It can be stress or an emotional issue which is causing you to feel you need to go relax and take advantage of your down time.
There’s a time to carb up and there’s a time to carb down. You are not ever attacking anything in the body or attacking a disease, you want to cultivate health and cultivate life.
Just surrender into life and ease into it instead of viewing it as something you need to put your wall up against
There are several over the counter medications to use when you have the itch or pain you need to do something about it now, Diflucan is one of them. Follow the directions on the package and in 7-14 days with daily use you can stop the yeast infection. You can eat yogurt and get the same results. For intense itching you can break open some vitamin E capsules or if you have the oil and place that on the outside of the vaginal or( groin area for men) and use as needed.
Eat yogurt (4-8 ounces) every day that you are taking antibiotics, and continue after you are done
For thrush in the mouth you can use garlic oil or break open some garlic capsules and smear it all around in the mouth to begin healing and to ease discomfort right away. Of course you shouldn’t eat or drink anything for at least 15-30 minutes after you apply it so do that before you apply it 3-4 times a day. In three to four days of eating yogurt the itch will slow down and stop. You can also go to the doctor and get a pill fluconazole, you take for one or two days depending on the severity of the yeast.
There are a variety of antifungals on the natural market
You can also take the antifungals for fourteen days, as directed, to supplement the yogurt and your fresh healthy diet. Garlic or teat tree oil extract or capsules and pau d’arco tea, goldenseal, echinacea and colloidal silver, oil of oregano, food grade diatomaceous earth are my favorite ones to use. Grapefruit seed extract, carrot juice, d-limonene-lemons, caprylic acid-coconuts, olive leaf extract, malic acid-apple cider vinegar, undecylenic acid, castor bean oil, red thyme oil, biotin 8000 mcg, barberry, cloves are some others.
