Supermodel Candice Swanepoel is the cover girl for the 2013 Victoria's Secret swimsuit catalog, which was shot on the stunning beaches of Miami and Turks and Caicos.
This is the second consecutive year the leggy 5-foot-10 South African stunner has made the cover of the swim catalog, in which she poses in an array of tiny bikinis.
Not surprisingly, Swanepoel, 24, has no "off-season" when it comes to fitness, and works out and diets year-round to stay in top shape.
"I’m usually bikini-ready all year round," said Candice. "I try to train as much as I can, as much as my schedule allows. If I’m on holiday, I’m active on the beach, I play tennis, I run, I swim a lot. It’s just about making the workouts fun, and then it doesn’t really feel that bad."
Candice, whose diet features mostly lean proteins and vegetables, says starvation and deprivation don't work.
"That will make matters worse," said Swanepoel, who jumps rope, boxes, runs and does yoga. "Don't do that. Eat as healthy as you can, lots of greens. But listen to your body and your cravings.
"Loads of exercise and veggies [are the keys to a great bikini body]. Protein. Your body is a machine. Learn the right way to take care of it."
