According to the 2014 Sochi website, Team Canada improved to 4-2 in men's curling at the 2014 Olympic Winter Games in Sochi on Friday.

Team Canada trounced Norway 10-4, and have put themselves back in the thick of things in the Olympic curling tournament.

With the game tied at three points each in the seventh end, Canadian skip Brad Jacobs of Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario had a double takeout for four points to take a comanding 7-3 lead. Then in the ninth, Jacobs had another impressive double takeout to score three points and take a 10-4 lead.

Even though the Canadians are two games above .500, they have small margin of error in their quest to make the playoffs. That is because Sweden, China and Great Britain only have only loss (Sweden is at 5-1, China and Great Britain are at 4-1), and Norway is at 3-2.

Canada's next game will be Saturday at 3:00 a.m. mountain time against Great Britain.
