Do you know who this young man is? While he looks to be a child, he is believed to be the producer of a pornographic video involving a baby. He is also the person abusing the little girl, believed to be 12 to 18 months old in the video. What kind of sicko is he? He appears to be a teenager, inflicting sexual damages on a baby.

The lone clue police currently have to his identity is the hat is wearing. This hat was only available for sale in a small section of northern Texas during the time police believe the video was made, in April of 2013. In an effort to identify this man, and possibly his victim, police have released his photo to social media outlets, hoping someone will know who he is. This tactic has worked in the past, bringing down numerous people involved in child porn.

If you know this young man, or know where he can be found, you are asked to contact the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's Homeland Security Investigations Division at 1-866-347-2423. You can also send your tip via email by filling out an online tip form at If you are this man, look out, because they are going to be coming for you.

This person needs to be taken off the streets. He is a predator, hunting this world's most vulnerable victims. Hopefully he can be stopped before other children cross his path.
