That dimply skin that can be found on the legs, thighs, butt and even the stomach is unattractive and embarrassing. But please know, you’re not alone. Most women, even skinny healthy girls, and some men, have cellulite on their bodies. So how do you get rid of cellulite? What causes cellulite? About 80-90 percent of women have cellulite somewhere on their bodies. Point blank, the best way to get rid of cellulite is to strengthen and tighten the muscles while burning the fat off of your body. Therefore, doing the best exercise videos that work is going to be much more effective than applying a cellulite cream. Yes, it takes more effort, but that’s why it works. Think about it, wrinkle cream doesn’t work get rid of fine lines on your face so why would cellulite cream get rid of deep, holes on your butt? It wouldn’t.
The only way to reduce cellulite is to reduce your overall body fat, it’s that simple.
