It was revealed back in February that Mark Harmon would return for the ninth season of NCIS as we very well couldn't have the team without the "boss" right? Now there's no way I feel we could have the team without its enforcer either.
UPDATE: Full review of Cote de Pablo's departure from "NCIS"
Cote de Pablo (Ziva David) has recently come to a deal with NCIS on a new two-year deal to return to the CBS hit show which means the entire team is complete agin for season nine. She was the last cast member without a deal so her signing makes next season complete.
Deadline reports that de Pablo will actually get a big raise and earn about $120,000 per episode which now makes her salary comparable to that of Pauley Perrette (Abby). A big cash signing bonus is also coming her way.
Perrette, Sean Murray, Michael Weatherly, and David McCallum all renewed their contracts last year since they joined the show before de Pablo did. She actually came on in season three.
CBS Studios also have signed three-year deals with NCIS executive producers Shane Brennan and Gary Glasberg. The latter is set to take over the day-to-day production of the show for Brennan next season.
