Can Andy Dick behave and be funny on DWTS 16?

Andy Dick is the risk factor on DWTS season 16. According to the DWTS website, he was elected homecoming king. Can he dance may not be the question so much as can he behave.

Dick is a comedian, actor, writer, director, musician, producer and a sometime substance abuser.

Dick was on NBC's "NewsRadio" (1995-1999) as an awkward news reporter, Matthew Brock, who idolizes Bill McNeal (Phil Hartman), the news co-anchor. He was also on the ABC sitcom "Less than Perfect" (2002-2006) as Owen Kronsky, a clumsy slightly off office supply manager. "Less than Perfect" starred Sherri Shepherd who was on DWTS season 14 with professional partner Val Chmerkovskiy. They lasted only four weeks.
