Camp Pendleton Marine from Redding, CA killed in Afghanistan

Sgt. William C. Stacey, 23, of Redding, California, died Jan. 31, 2012, while conducting combat operations in Helmand province, Afghanistan. 

Sgt. Stacy was assigned to the 2nd Battalion, 4th Marine Regiment, 1st Marine Division, I Marine Expeditionary Force, Camp Pendleton.  He was supporting Operation Enduring Freedom-Afghanistan.

Sincere condolences to the family of Sgt. Stacey.
