This year the Missing in America Project held a special memorial service for 12 unclaimed Central Texas Veterans. Helicopters were also on hand from Law Enforcement, Public Safety, Urban Search and Rescue, and National Guard to demonstrate the capabilities that they bring to the State of Texas.

The Texas Military Forces Open House featuring the American Heroes Air Show is an opportunity to thank Texans for their continued support as their loved ones, employees, friends, and residents serve and have served at home and abroad.

The mission of the Texas Military Forces (TXMF) is to provide the Governor and the President with ready and trained forces in support of the citizens of Texas and State and Federal civil/military authorities at home and abroad.
